Refund & Returns Policy – Squish
At Squish, we aim for happy customers and transparent communication. Below you’ll find our refand returns policy.
General
All Squish products are carefully produced and shipped. As our products are fresh, perishable food items, specific conditions apply to returns and refunds.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products, juices, tasting kits and ginger shots cannot be returned once delivered. This policy complies with European regulations regarding perishable goods.
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or leaking product
- Your order was incomplete or incorrect
In such cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery by email and include clear photos of the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that were not stored correctly after delivery
- All juices (opened or unopened)
- Tasting kits
- Ginger shots
Refunds
If your complaint is valid and approved by Squish:
- You will receive a refund via the original payment method, or
- We will send a replacement product at no additional cost
- Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.
No refunds in the following cases
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
- Products that were delivered correctly but do not meet personal taste preferences
Sale items
Products purchased during promotions or sales are subject to the same conditions as regular products. As these are food items, they are non-returnable, except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.
Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was made by Squish.
- In the case of an approved complaint, any replacement shipments are free of charge.
